What is the return policy?
Changed your mind? No problem.
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn
- With tags attached
- In original packaging
Email us at support@wear-dots.com with your order number. Once approved, we’ll send a return label and arrange pickup.
Can I exchange my order?
We currently don’t offer exchanges.
If you need a different size or item, simply return your original purchase and place a new order.
